The President of China Three Gorges Corporation, Mr. LI, Yong-An, and 5 delegates paid a visit to Sinotech on Nov. 23, 2009. They were cordially welcomed by Sinotech’s Chairman S.M. TSAO and President Nelson N.S. CHOU, Sinotech Foundation’s Chairman S.C. LI, Sinotech Inc.’s President L.B. CHIOU, and GIBSIN Engineers, Ltd.’s Chairman C.S. HSIEH, together with other senior managers. During the meeting, both sides presented their companies’ organizations and exchanged their respective experiences on construction of hydraulic works. After the meeting, a trilateral cooperation framework agreement was signed among China Three Gorges Corporation, Sinotech and Sinotech Foundation to set up a module for future exchange of experience and cooperation.
